How to unlock bootloader of Moto X Play or Moto X Play Style ? ( Solved )

Motorola released their one of the best smartphone Moto x play in August 2015. Moto x play and Moto X Play Style are packed with lots of features and have high performance. Today we are going to show u how to unlock the boot-loader of Moto X Play or Moto X Play Style.

WARNING:

We are not responsible for any damage caused to your device after unlocking boot-loader. After opening your phone's boot-loader, your phone basic functions may be affected. So follow the process if you are okay with the upcoming danger.

REQUIREMENTS:

=> Your phone should be charged upto 30-40℅.

=> Installed USB drivers of Moto x play or Moto X Play Style

=> Installed adb and fast-boot tools on your computer.

STEPS:

=> Download and install USB drivers of Moto x play or Moto X Play Style.

=> Enable USB debugging on your Moto device.

=> Now switch of your phone and boot into adb mode.To do this press volume button and power button for 5-6 seconds and release the power button but keep pressing volume down key until adb mode is seen on your phone screen.

=> Now connect your device to pc via USB cable.

=> Download and extract ADB drivers on your PC.

=> Once extraction is completed launch the adb drivers on your computer and you will be able to see windows command box.

=> Type the command fastboot devices in command box and press enter and you will be able to see list of Android devices connected to your pc.

=> Now type the command fastboot oem get_unlock_data.Now you will be able to see data that you have to copy.To copy,right click on command box and select as mark.Using the mouse select all the data.

=> Now open notepad on your computer and paste all the unlock data.Now remove all the spaces between the unlock code and copy that unlock code again.

=> Now open Motorola's official unlock bootloader website and click on next button.Sign into the moto account.

=> Now paste the entire unlock data in the field (#5) and click on can my device be unlocked? Button.

=> Now click on agree button and click on request unlock key button.

=> Now Motorola will send you unlock key on your registered email id.

=> Now check your email id and copy the unlock key.

=> Now open windows command box and paste the unlock key here and type the command fastboot oem unlock.

=> Now some processes will take on your phone and your phone will reboot.

Now you will be able to see warning bootloader unlock message which means your devy bootloader has
been unlocked.
