MS OFFICE 2016 ( Launched )

Microsoft has launched new MS Office 2016. Company launched it on 22 September 2015. In new MS Office Word , Powerpoint , and Excel have been upgraded with some new features. A number of peoples will be able to work on MS Word simultaneously. New MS Word has got wikipedia search option. It will run on Windows 7 and upper operating versions.

After the launching of Windows 10, the new gift by Microsoft to its users is the MS Office 2016 which will be its official name. This launching was important for Microsoft because since 2013 Microsoft has not updated MS Office and has not launched any newer version too. According to tech world , MS Office will support about 40 languages. Company wrote in its blog that MS Office 2016 will be launched with new tools. For the Mac users, MS Office will be launched in July,2016.

Focus on mobiles

New Microsoft Office has been Mobile First as well as Cloud First. Sensing the needs of mobile user it has been made even more easy. Smartphone version of MS Office has also got many changes. In smartphone version menu has been shifted below text to make it easy to read.

Use without Touch-pad

The most important feature of this version is that it will work even without touchpad. Which means that users can work on MS Office by making gestures from fingers without touching keyboard or mouse.

Feature of Multiple Users

In new version several peoples can use MS Office and MS word files simultaneously. Multiple Users can edit any file in real time. For example one MS Word file can be seen and edit by a number of users. These files will be saved in Microsoft One Dive Cloud Service.

Give Command on "Tell Me"

In the new MS Office app, "TELL ME WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO" feature has also been added. Using this feature users can use features like Powerpoint and excel without minimising MS Word. User can navigate to any other feature using the "TELL ME" feature.

For Example , to add a clip art you just need to type clip art in the feature and you will be navigated to the clip art section.

Wikipedia Search added

Microsoft Office 2016 has also got the feature of Wikipedia Search. Wikipedia search has been added on the right hand side. Any information can be searched from wikipedia without minimising the window. It will save time. It has also been launched with several themes.
