Port MIUI 7 ROM on Lenovo A6000

You might have used the Xiaomi Smartrphones and you may be familiar with its user interface. Many people would have liked its user interface but as they purchased Lenovo A6000 they are unable to use the Xiaomi User Interface.

The name of Xiaomi's User Interface is MIUI.

Now you can port the latest MIUI 7 ROM on your Lenovo A6000 smartphone by following simple steps. Go through the below tutorial.

Warning : Follow this tutorial at your own risk. Your device might get bricked or any else damage can happen.

PRE - REQUIREMENTS

=> Make sure your Lenovo A6000 is rooted. 

To know how to root Lenovo A6000 click here 

=> Backup all your important data including contacts , SMS etc.

=> Charge your device to atleast 75%

=> Enable USB Debugging on your phone by navigating to 

Settings < Developer Options < USB Debugging < Enable

=> Download the MIUI 7 ROM for Lenovo A6000 from here 

=> Download GAPPS from here 

STEPS

=> Connect your device to your PC with USB Debugging enabled on it.

=> Copy the MIUI 7 ROM and GAPPS into your internal storage.

=> Disconnect your phone and switch it off

=> Now press Volume Up +  Power Button ( This will open Recovery Mode )

=> Now wipe the Data , Cache and Dalvik Cache

=> Select Install Zip from SD card

=> Select the MIUI 7 ROM file you copied in your Internal Storage

=> Your MIUI 7 ROM will be flashed now.

=> Now similarly , flash the GAPPS file  

=> Reboot your device 

You are done . You have successfully flashed MIUI 7 ROM on your Lenovo A 7000
