2. Google Play Music Not Uploading:
- The song is in the file format Google Play Music does'nt support.
Google Play Music supports usually MP3, AAC, WMA, FLAC and so on. But there are limits, so for example uploading Windows Media WNA files is supported with the Windows version of Music Manager, but not other versions of Music Manager. Files like WAV, AIFF and RA can't be supported.

Nothing is frustating then having the loads of songs and playlists in Google Play Music. This problem can be solved by the suggestions of the Google i.e., app's cache. You should occasionally clear the app's cache. First you should reboot your device and then refreshing the Library. It will take a while sync after that, especially when there are large amount of songs is to be syncing but usually it works if not then a Factory Reset will work for you.Did you transferyour Play Music settings from another device? Then all you have to do is deauthorize the old phone, deleting the app data from your current phone and then signing into Google Play Music on your current device.
