PROCEDURE

=> Find the Facebook app in the iOS store and install it

=> Open the facebook application

=> Click on more

=> Tap on your Profile Name

=> Tap on your Profile Picture

=> Click on upload a photo or video

=> Now upload your video and click Ok

=> You are done

You have succesfully uploaded a facebook video as your Profile Photo.
